What does James think about Illegal Immigration ?
 
 Illegal immigration needs to be stopped, build a wall, put more security on the border, enough is enough. NO guest worker, NO citizenship, these individuals are breaking the law, make them accountable! If they want to be an American , do it lawfully. It would be very difficult to send all the illegal immigrants home. These are real people who came to America for a better life, but they are here without American permission. I am sorry... They do not deserve the same American citizens rights as the people who have done everything legally. Human rights yes, but not the same rights as an American Citizen. I understand that they come here for freedom, liberty, and work, but many carry Mexican flags and insist on continuing to speak Spanish. It is painfully obvious that there is plenty of money flowing into Washington to allow these criminal acts to continue. Stop allowing companies to hire these illegal immigrants!
Stop the hiring, and fewer will come! 
Is there an Ethics problem in Washington?
 
Yes, there is. Every time a law is passed to reel legislators or political parties in, loopholes are found (or made purposely to begin with). American citizens vote and pay their Representatives to work for them, and it seems many take advantage of what these citizens have given them. I want to expose this process for what it is. I see very few Representatives that actually represent the working man. They represent their party and the few that fund their campaigns. ONE Voice to expose the truths we all know. Time to end the double standard! These people are supposed to be working for us!!!
When an individual is elected, they are supposed to serve the public not fatten their own bank accounts. I guarantee full disclosure of my finances, I have nothing to hide.
What is your position on gun control?
 
There should be no gun control. Responsible citizens should own any gun they would like.
What do you think about the Iraq War?
 
First of all, it is the war on terror... the battlefront just happens to be in Iraq at this moment.
Any logical evaluation of the Iraq situation would require more disclosure than the average citizen could ever acquire. That being said, there needs to be real accountability, over $100 billion for what? There should be no real reason for 140,000 American troops at this point, America needs a real explanation. We constantly hear that more Iraq troops have been trained, so why do we still have so many ground forces? The Iraq people have to show they want Democracy.
Build two fortified military bases away from the cities. Control the air. Stop putting our military in danger on the ground.
What can be done about the staggering Federal Budget, if anything?
 
Remove the fat, the over spending, and put a halt to ever expanding programs. The Federal Government's main purpose should be to protect and serve.
 
Any money spent over $100,000 for a political campaign should be taxed at a rate of 25%. The money collected would be used only to pay on the Federal Deficit, which in turn will help to relieve some of the interest payed on the debt!!! 
 
When people are elected, it is to serve the people, not to fatten their own bank accounts! If elected I promise full financial disclosure! I have nothing to hide.
 
 What is your position on Abortion?
 
Pro life. An abortion ends a life.
The federal government has no right deciding on abortion , 9 men in robes made a bad decision. This is a state issue and anytime I have the chance it will become a state issue. The Congress and Senate need to read the U.S. Constitution daily, so do the people of the high court. If they did read the Constitution they would learn to protect the general welfare of its people, including the UNBORN!!! 
WE DO NOT need the U.S. Government running our lives, telling us what we can and can not do!!!! As a country of people we all need to agree abortion is wrong and let the states handle the laws.
What about God and government?
 
There has been a growing misconception. The meaning of separation of church and state has been twisted by many to remove God from our government. It was intended to protect us from religious persecution by the government, not the politically correct point of view of today. If we remove God completly from the Federal Government, America just might just lose it's soul.
Can Social Security be saved?
 
Not as it currently stands. I will promise not to enact any legislature that will affect current recipients. But Social Security cannot support itself as it exists today! Something has to be done, not privatization, WAY too expensive!!
